Privacy Policy

Beacon Dynamics limits data access to what a system needs, keeps human authority visible, and does not use personal information for advertising surveillance.

Effective September 14, 2026

Scope

This policy describes how Beacon Dynamics handles information through this website and the Brenda Executive Office application. Brenda is a privately operated executive-assistance system for authorized Beacon Dynamics use.

Information we handle

Public website

The public website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond.

Google Calendar data

When an authorized user connects Google Calendar, Brenda requests the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. This permits Brenda to retrieve calendar and event information, which may include event titles, times, locations, descriptions, attendees, status, and provider identifiers.

Brenda’s current Google Calendar integration cannot create, modify, delete, accept, decline, or invite anyone to calendar events.

How Google user data is used

Calendar information is used only to provide authorized agenda and scheduling context to the user who connected the account. Beacon Dynamics does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Calendar data is retrieved on demand and returned to the authorized Brenda interface. The connector’s audit record stores operational facts such as the request window, result, and event count—not calendar event content. OAuth credentials are stored server-side and protected as secrets while the connection remains active.

We retain operational records only as needed for security, accountability, troubleshooting, and applicable obligations. We do not recommend placing protected reports or other sensitive company material on personal accounts or devices.

Sharing and human access

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate, secure, or support the service, or when disclosure is required by law. Anyone handling Google user data on our behalf must follow this policy and applicable Google requirements.

Security and control

Beacon Dynamics uses scoped authorization, server-side secret storage, connector gates, access controls, and audit logging to reduce unnecessary access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You can revoke Brenda’s Google access at any time through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents future access; you may also contact us with an access or deletion request.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
